How do I place an order?

If you would like o purchase an item, click the “add to cart” button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) to your cart you have to point your wrist size if you are buying bracelet, afterwards you are finished shopping, click “checkout” and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted, PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order will then begin processing.

!!!Make sure you have measured and pointed your wrist size when ordering a bracelet .We are not responsible for given wrong wrist sizes.

Delivery information:

We do make international orders all over Europe. For other countries outside Europe please send us an e-mail(orenda_art@abv.bg) and we will discuss all other details about shipment.

We ship to Europe for €7(fixed price per order) and if you order over €100 shipment is FREE of charge. Every items comes in an FREE elegant gift bag. Please ware it with care.

We use Bulgarian post services and recorded delivery usually takes about 5 -7 working days for Europe.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery.

We aim to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days excluding weekends and holidays.

Return Policy:

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us(orenda_art@abv.bg) to request a return. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions on returns and exchanges. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days after we receive the item.

For exchanges where you have ordered an incorrect length/size or item, we will require you to pay for the return shipping costs. Any shipping error on our part we will cover return shipping at our cost.
